How many homes will be available?

Since there will be only 40 homes available only a limited number of owners will be able to call Sebastian Shores “home!”  

Is there be a Homeowners Association?

Yes, to make Sebastian Shores the ultimate in easy living as well as protecting the value of your investment.  The Association will take care of virtually all outside maintenance – lawn care, weeding, siding, and common areas.
